So, a while ago on Youtube, John and Hank had a debate about whether or not Batman was a good super hero. And they both made good points. (And then someone turned their debate into a song).
So when I watched the Justice League movie, this part made me laugh my head off.
(Speaking to Batman): What's your super power?
Batman: I'm rich.
I'm not super familiar with what Batman does aside from fighting villains. But does he donate a lot of his money to helping people and the environment?
Dude, I just wrote my first kiss scene? At least the first one that wasn't kinda tragic.
I've read so many kiss scenes, and they usually make me roll my eyes. They all feel more or less the same to me (keeping in mind that it's rare for me to find a romance I actually like). My own scene kinda feels tacky just writing it. But it's probably better than I think it is. I don't usually say that about my own writing - I just recognize the face that I'm rather clueless about writing romance XD Even as low-key a romance as this is.
Now I'm really curious to see what other people think. Except this short story needs a helluva lot of cleaning up (and it's also based off of a longer story, and it may not make as much impact unless you've read the long one?).
I hadn't even planned for it to land on Valentine's Day. I didn't even know it was coming. I got to the end of the story, and realized that the characters were going to kiss.
Anyway, I'm sitting here, kinda laughing to myself about my tacky first written kiss. It just strikes me as very funny.

A while ago, I watched the first Fullmetal Alchemist live action movie.It confused the heck out of me that the end of the movie suddenly leapt to the very end of the series.
I just learned that they made two more movies. I thought I'd give them a try.
There were a few scenes that they perfectly recreated in live-action. That was pretty awesome.
And I gotta say, the characters are impressive. I immediately knew who everyone was the moment I saw them. And for some reason, it never occurred to me that Ling would show up in the movies. I guess because I never saw him in any content outside of the main series.
But they also packed in too many characters. Actually, they packed in too much. They tried to shove an entire series into three movies. They did a pretty good job, but I don't think anyone could really fully follow it unless they'd already read or watched the series.
