Itunes?

Hey, does anyone know if you can put songs from your itunes account onto a blog? There's some songs I'd like to put up, but I only know how to do it if I use a link from another website.

Harry Potter

(Spoilers)
So, I watched the third Harry Potter last night and thought I'd do some raving. I've pretty much aged with Harry Potter. I was 17 when the seventh book came out, and I think I was just a bit younger than Harry with the first book came out. Heheh. Everyone in school wanted to get a letter from Hogwarts when they turned 11. A letter that said that we could go learn magic at Hogwarts. The owl that delivered my letter must have gotten lost because I never got my letter. It was only later that I realized I have a different type of magic. I just go to Magic-Earth and learn at the Mage Temple instead! Quite a different variety of magic than that shown in Harry Potter. Maybe I'll explain it sometime.
Anyway. Harry Potter is good. The books are definitely worth reading (of course most people know this already). However, I must say that the fifth book is my least favorite. Harry's a bit too nuts in it.
Buckbeak is awesome! I would get along with Hagrid so well! Because I'd probably love all the monsters he keeps as pets. He wants a dragon? SO DO I! What's wrong with dragons? Though the dragons in my stories are probably more friendly than Norberta and the hungarian horntail. I would so be an animagus.
The first two Harry Potter movies... I think I liked their director better. The new guy who's done 3 and up... they're a it dark I think. Unfortunately, the first Dumbledore died (RIP). He was definitely better than the new one. He's really lame. I don't like him. They should have found a better actor for Dumbledore. And Professor Lupin is awesome. But in the movie... That's the worst werewolf I've ever seen. It looks like Golem with a wolf head.
It's so strange to see actors in some movies. For example, Lupin played a bunch of bad guys. He was bad in Dragonheart (Sean Connery was the dragon and he's AWESOME! A great movie, but sad) and Dinotopia. Oh, I think he was in Black Beauty too. But he was a good guy there. Also a good movie. Ooh, and here's a really bizaare one! Nicole and Ellen were with me when we discovered this (I forget which of them pointed this out). We were watching the Borrowers (a good movie-you should watch it. Yes, I keep saying this). And the kid that plays Malfoy is the little brother in that movie! Peagreen! And he's a little kid and he's really cute! It's such an amazing contrast from the little Borrower brother to Malfoy. It would be interesting to meet the actors and see what they're like. Especially the bad guys (Like Darth Sidious). Ooh! Here's another funny one! The guy who plays Wolverine in the movies, Hugh Jackman, is a singer! Ellen and Nicole were shocked when I told them this. Ellen called it X-Men the musical and said that it was really wrong. He played Curly in Oklahoma!. And he's a good singer. I have the soundtrack because I like "O What a Beautiful Morning" And "Surrey with a Fringe on Top." And some of the others too. But like most musicals, some parts are too long. So, I don't have the movie, just the music. When I watched the specials on X-Men, he seemed like a nice guy. He's the only actor I have an autograph from. Heheh.
Where was I? See? I like to digress on my blog. I can get in a lot of random stuff by digressing.
Oh, back to Harry Potter. And she killed Lupin and Sirius! WAAH! I DON'T WANT THEM TO DIE! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The end is awesome. I never thought I'd feel sorry for Snape after book 6... Yeah. It was a good conclusion to the set, but the last sentence could have been a little bit interesting. The final battle was so cool! I love the idea of everyone, friends, family, friends and family of friends and family, coming to help with the fight. It's so cool! That happens in some other books. I like everyone getting together for the final battle. Whoo!

Batman?

Oh no! Viruses! That's awful!
So, I watched the second Batman, Dark Knight, for the first time a couple days ago. Mainly because a couple people told me to watch it. I wasn't CRAZY about it. It was a bit too dark for my tastes. I think I liked the first one a little better... But there was one part I liked.
The freaky bad guy, the Joker, trapped two boats out on the water. Each one had a bomb in it. One boat was full of prisoners getting transported somewhere (forget where and why) and the other boat was full of ordinary citizens. Each boat was given the detonator to the other boat's bomb. Joker told them that if one boat didn't blow the other boat up by a certain time, he'd blow both boats up. So, of course, the people on the boat of normal people thought they should blow up the other boat because there were only convicts on that boat. They'd had their chance at life. The boat of innocent people should be allowed to live. But no one could bring themselves to blow up the other boat. Meanwhile, on the boat of convicts, one big intimidating looking man goes up to the guard holding the detonator. He says something like "give that to me. You can tell them I forced it from you." So, he takes the detonator from the guy who just stands there (not wanting to get blown up himself). He says, "I'm gonna do what you should have done ten minutes ago." He takes the detonator... and he throws it out of the window. I just liked that part. Because you think he's going to blow up the other boat because he's a criminal, and instead he throws away the detonator. Yeah. And yes, both boats were spared because Batman stopped the Joker.
PS, Batman has cool gear.

Om nom nom Viruses

Wow, when I first saw the picture you drew Zuben just popped out at me. :3 You did a good job.

Huh, with all this art floating around it makes me want to join deviantart again, or photoshop some pictures, but my computer got infected with a virus AGAIN. D: Poor dad, he's had to deal with a whole bunch of computer stuff freaking out all in a space of a week or so. Even his work has a nasty little virus. It seems to be virus season, so be extra careful on what sites you go to and of course don't click on pop-ups, random ads, or mysterious emails! And keep those virus scanners up to date! They won't catch all of the new viruses, but they're trying.

Arith, Saleera, Shalia, Zuben.

Here's a picture I drew. Blue dragon=Shalia, black dragon=Zuben, boy=Arith, girl=Saleera. It's blurry because I drew it on a big piece of paper. It wouldn't fit in the scanner, so I had to take a picture of it. So yeah. It's blurry.

Redo Lullaby?

So, you may recall my story "Lullaby of Awakening." The main character was a wizard named Brenor. And "Of Spirits and Demons" is written by Brenor's reincarnation, Briena. So, In Briena's time, Brenor's tale is something of a legend, and Brenor's something like a fantasy hero. It takes her a while to realize that Brenor and her are the same person. And her animal partner is the also reincarnated. In Brenor's lifetime, it was a crane named Feather Dance. In Briena's lifetime, it's a stag named Ranen. But before she meets Ranen, the spirit of Feather Dance watches over her, helping her to remember the magic she knew if her previous lives. As you can see, there's a lot of overlap between the two stories. And I sort of need the first story to explain how Breina is saved from the evil happenings at the end.
The problem is, I wrote "Lullaby of Awakening" before I really designed Magic-Earth. So, there are several details that don't really match up between the two stories, even though they're on the same planet. I wonder if I should completely re-write the whole thing (maybe make it longer) or if I should just go back and fix the parts that I need to change... I dunno what to do... And I just started classes again, and this chemistry course has a bad reputation, AKA LOTS OF WORK. So I wonder how much time I'll get to write... I'll definitely have my binder with me so I can write the "Magic, Myth, Shadow" story between classes at college (that's why it's useful to hand-write stories first, but then it's a hassle to type them up after), but I might not be able to do as much typing as usual... So it'll probably be a long time before I type the rest of "Of Spirits and Demons." And I have to keep updating my Midna fanfic to keep my fans appeased. Ooh! My fanfic just received over 100 comments!

Typing

Haha! I agree. Libraries can be incredibly useful. Usually I have a ton of books on my shelf that I want to read. We got about $200 of credit at Book Buyers," (we take all our old books there) a really cool used bookstore, which also has new books, movies, games, music, comics, ex. So, if there's a book that looks good, I'll usually get it there. But lately, I've been going to the library to get other books. There's another I want to check out too, once I return the one I have.
Haha! Tidbit! That's great! A little bite of a feast. Then it wouldn't really be a feast, would it?
And yes, folk tales are cool. It's always interesting to read those kinds of things. Know any good ones? Tell me cause I wanna read em! We found a book of Russian folk talesonce. They were pretty cool. The Baba Yaga is a very interesting character, who occurs quite often. Her house turns in circles, and I think she rides a mortal and pestle. Not sure how that works.
Exercise that creative part of your brain, Steph!
If you want help with the comic, ask. I tend to get carried away with things like that, sometimes (you may have noticed) so watch out, though!
And when I start a project, I will FINISH it! Unless it turns out really horribly. It may take me FOREVER to finish it, but I will FINISH it. For example, we went on a canoe trip, and some kids decided that it would be cool to start "whittling." Some of them started making cups, but I got a little piece of drift wood and started making a canoe. So, we spent our time carving away at hunks of wood with our pocket knives (mine snapped shut on my finger, but I still went rock climbing after. I get hurt so often that I usually don't care anymore). Yeah, so I got the canoe outline done, and then it sat in my closet FOREVER. And finally I got a little chisel thing from my uncle and I hollowed it out and sanded it. It's slightly crooked, but it floats really well! Maybe I should post a picture. Don't got much else to do on the blog at the moment... Yeah. Another of my random digressions.
Knitting can be fun. I've hardly done any, but I sometimes sew stuff. My dad asked me to fix a pair of his gloves last night. They were leather, so they were really hard to sew. At least I didn't stab myself.
Oh yeah. Last night, I started typing my story! It's weird to have to change the whole beginning. It'll throw off some other parts of my story, but I'll get it eventually.
Started typing at 10:27. Isn't that fascinating?

Libraries = <3

Personally I like "Of Spirits & Demons" better. It has more personality and character I think, less bland. Tidbit is an interesting word, and I decided to look it up in the dictionary. Apparently the 'tid' part was part of the word 'tide' which meant 'feast day' like used in 'eventide' or other such words. So it literally means 'feast day bite'! :) Isn't the English language interesting? Funny though how when you finish a story (or get to the middle), you look back at the beginning and see that it needs revising.

But I wanted to share my love for libraries. Next to the idea of a post office, libraries are a wonderful institution. Books and information, practically free! Lately I've been on a book binge and I think I have about 12 books checked out that I all need to read. Particularly I've been looking at folklore and novels that utilize various lore for the book's base, yet they do it so well that you probably wouldn't know that had a similar folktale about it. So I've been looking there for ideas.

To be honest, first semester I didn't write anything creative and I hardly drew at all, but suddenly second semester I want to do it all! xD I'm even pondering the thought of figuring out how to make a mini comic (because a full length one would be way too much for me; xD baby-steps first) but without those book's ideas or even yours I don't think I could get an intriguing plot line to go with. True I have other unfinished projects but this one is going to bug me while I'm in school if I don't do anything about it.

Oh, and I've been inspired to attempt knitting. I blame my mother and that fancy yarn shop downtown.

Of Spirits and Demons

So, what do you think is better? "Of Spirits and Demons," or just "Spirits and Demons?"
By the way, I'm going to try to start typing it tonight. I should be able to at least start it, even if I stall. I need to revise the whole beginning. I started it off really stupidly. I need to change it. When I finish, I guess I'll post my crazy "tidbits." That's a funny word. "Tidbit."

Medallion

Hey! I'm gonna try to make a replica of the medallion in my story (Medallion of Ra). Mom's good with jewelry, so she knows how I can do that. Whenever I get around to that, I'll post a picture.
Meanwhile, I've been drawing all the characters from my "Magic, Myth, Shadow story (It'll at least be the temporary title unless I can't find a better title). I guess my human-drawing skill is improving, but faces are annoying. My pen's keep smearing. Briena's face got all smudged. I still prefer drawing animals. I"ll put the pictures up when I'm done, along with a description of their talents. I don't think I've gone into much detail about the magical races yet.
Hmm. I haven't done my silly little "tidbits" from "Of Spirits and Demons" yet. I wonder if I should wait until I type it. I still haven't started typing it yet. Typing something that's already written is so boring! But I'll get around to it eventually.

@#$&#@ College Books

Okay, I'm in a complaining mood, in case that's not obvious from the title.
I think colleges do this on purpose just to torture us poor college kids. I'll give you a personal example. I'm taking chemistry next semester. Everyone's told me that it's really hard. I have to buy a book for chemistry. It will cost $200. I only need the book for a couple months. And then I have to return the book to the store, and they'll probably only pay me about $50 for it, even if I keep it in pristine condition. Which means that I have just completely WASTED $150.
WHY CAN'T I JUST RENT THE @#&$@# Book?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Not to mention that they make scheduling as complicated and stressful as humanly possible. Grr.
I'm saying this because I had to go and GET that BOOK today. I DON'T WANT IT!!!!

Moon Dragon

So, for the Arith and Saleera story. I think I came up with a title. If Ellen ever CHECKS her EMAILS of answers her PHONE I could get her to give her opinion. But I was thinking something simple like "Moon Dragon." It sounds cool. I mean, it's what their species of dragon is called, but it still sounds neat. I got a really cool idea for the cover, and I had some other good ideas for sketches, so whenever I finish them, I'l put them up. ELLEN! Do you like the title?

Book?

Cool! You can show me next time you come over.

Book Stuff

Eddings is the name of an author, David Eddings actually who's a fantasy writer with lots of good books (well, his more recent ones aren't quite as good but hey, he's had 4 good sets of books plus some), and the turnip reference is his. I have an interesting book of his where in the introduction he talks about some general guidelines to fantasy writing, plus there's his small bits of humor.

Another in my head!

Oh, I remembered two other stories that I wanted to write!
Both are future stories.
On a different planet, there's two races of people. Maybe humans, maybe not. And they've been warring for YEARS. One side has female warriors, the other has male soldiers. And a boy from one side accidentally saves a girl warrior, Violetta (Vio). I highly doubt that they'll be friends at first sight, but eventually they (reluctantly?) team up to try and figure out about this stupid war. And I think at some point the boy will be sent to a death camp sort of place and Vio has to rescue him. Oh yeah. Vio has problems with her hands. Not sure what yet, but at one point her hands were seriously damaged and now she has to wear special gloves to protect her hands. But her hands still ache most of the time.
The other future story. Out galaxy has a union of all the planets. THis shows up in most of my future stories. EArth will eventually belong to it, in my view. There's one planet that's sort of separated from the others, so it gets very few visitors from the union. And their planet is sort of a distopia. I won't list all its faults right now. Let's just say it takes all the problems or Earth (plus many more) and magnifies them horribly out of proportion. And finally one person from the union goes to check on this planet. The leaders try to cover up how freaky their planet is (Maybe I'll call it Rakatae) but they let something slip and the woman suspects something. While she's there, she runs into a supposedly crazy guy. But later he gets her on her own and tells her that he's not crazy, but is pretending to be crazy so he isn't forced to do all the crazy stuff his planet makes him do. So they team up (a lot of teaming up in my stories) and try to do... something. Not sure what yet.

In Response to Steph's Comments

It does sound kidna like a documentary, huh?
Dark matter... it sounds a bit like Dust from the Golden Compass. Maybe that's where they got the idea. Wait... I think this same website said something about dust!
What's Eddings?
Well, in one of my stories (I forget to mention this earlier) the girl's parents disappear. Later on, she has to go and find them.

Dark Matter

So, this shows us what dark matter is about.

dark matter
Name given to the amount of mass whose existence is deduced from the analysis of galaxy rotation curves but which until now, has escaped all detections. There are many theories on what dark matter could be. Not one, at the moment is convincing enough and the question is still a mystery.

http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/dict_ad.html#dark_matter

And this is from NASA too. The big astronomy organization. So, something this mysterious could easily have a big effect if humans mess with it too much.

Title for New Story

So, I've been trying to find a title for the story I''m working on. The one where all the magic people and the dragon get sucked to our poor planet.
I've discovered why our planet needs their help! Dad's an astronomy maniac, and he told me about something called dark matter. No one really knows anything about it, but it's all over the universe. So I'm gonna use that. Humans do something with it (But I'm not gonna tell you yet! It's a secret!) But first I need to research more about Dark Matter... Maybe I'll post my discoveries.
Oh yeah. Back to the title. So, I'm trying to find a title for this book. I've said this already. I have a few ideas. Assuming any of you guys ever end up reading this post, tell me what you think, and if you have any good ideas.
I think my favorite title at the time is "Magic, Myth, and Shadow." It refers to the other planets. Magic-Earth, Soreina (with MYTHical creatures) and the shadow world that is forming at the time of the story-the Darke Realm.
My first idea was something along these lines: "Mother Earth, Sister Earth." It was going off the idea that Magic-Earth and Technology-Earth are sisters, and Soriena and the Darke Realm are Earth's daughters.
Titles are hard sometimes. So, anyone have any ideas? I keep asking this, and no one ever replies.
Oh, I should try and find a title for the Arith and Saleera story I'm writing with Ellen. I'll tell you whenever I think of something.

Heyoa

So, here's my dragon, Heyoa. She's supposed to be a really dark blue, almost black. But I didn't have a colored pencil any darker than this. It's pretty close, though. Maybe I should have tried blending black in there too...

Parents!!

Augh! What to do with the parents of my characters!? Pretty much all of my characters are kids! And for some of their adventures, parents would sort of get in the way! What do I do with their parents!?!? I've found that in several of my stories, the parents kind of... well... die. I don't like doing that! But what else can I do with them? In "The Light of the Sun," Will hates his parents and decides to just leave them. In the story I'm writing now, Dawna's parents are away for a couple weeks to let her go away for a while without her parents stopping her from leaving.
But it seems wrong. My parents are cool (usually, but no parents are cool ALL the time) so it feels weird to have so many sets of my story parents... die. I definitely need to give some parents better roles in my stories!!!

Come Outa my HEAD!

That's cool, Steph! You can come over any time you want. I need company since everyone not in high school is too far away to see.
We need to drag Ellen and Nicole (especially Ellen since Nicole posted somewhat recently) on here to post!
Okay. To the title of my post. As you know, I'm in the middle of several different stories, though some are on hold until I finish one I'm really working on.
So, since I have a few stories on hold already, I don't want to start another because I don't want to have 10 stories sitting around. It gets too confusing already, and it would take me forever to finish any of them.
But I have about 5 plots in my head that really want to come out. Some of them are missing parts, but the overall story is there, as are the characters.
One is sort of a super hero story. The main character is a girl with special powers that lives in our world. I think she'll probably end up having come from Magic-Earth ('cause there's natural overlap between all my three planets). She's really quiet and serious and really only has 2 friends. She goes out in disguise and uses her powers to help people. In this same city, there's another guy with super powers. He's pretty much the exact opposite of the girl. The girl's powers deal with elements and shape-shifting (I think, but subject to change) and the guy, Arkine, is more like a superman sort of character. He is super strong and can fly. He's also a very fast healer. Ad he doesn't bother to wear a mask. He goes out and is friendly with people, while the girl helps people and then goes away without really speaking to them. But either way, something (not sure what yet) happens and Arkine gets really sick. The girl (I'm still debating about her name) has to take care of him even though she really doesn't like him. And her friend goes to try and find a cure. But the thing is that Arkine gets is contagious, and the girl starts to get sick too. So, there's a lot that still needs to be figured out in this story. It comes in 2 parts. The first is when the girl and her friend are kids, and the second is when the two of them make another friend, and the girl starts acting as a super hero. I need to find a city to set this place in. It's got to have a relatively high level of crime so that the people are happy for a couple saviors. The problem is, I really only know two cities: San Francisco and San Jose. It's hard to write about a city that I've never seen (Like New York). How much crime do we get around here?
Second story that wants to escape. I just came up with this idea fairly recently. It probably takes place on Soreina. Maybe Magic-Earth. There's a royal family, and the parents just died, leaving their young daughter heir to the throne. She needs to find a future king, so they gather up a bunch of boys and start training them, waiting for the princess to pick her favorite. The main character is friends with one boy in the group that is a misfit and is always picked on. But is his friend really all he seems? Du dududah! I have some cool ideas for this story. But the ending is a surprise so you don't get to hear it! Mwahahahahahah!!
Third one I'm going to name after my blog: "The Dragon's Pen." It starts with an author (me! Heehee!) who is experiencing writer's block (luckily I have not yet faced serious writer's block, knock wood). She has a deadline for a book approaching, and she hasn't even got an idea for a story. She's at her desk late at night, and facing an empty computer screen. Suddenly, a dragon lands by her window. Or, my window, since this character is writing my stories, so I guess she's like me. Since "I" wrote about Soreina, and dragons, I have an idea of what my dragon would look like if I had a dragon. I do, actually. I should post a picture of her. And her... my dragon lands in front of my window and takes me on a quest (not sure what yet. Need ideas). There's a friend that's brought along with me too. Not sure who. Anyone want to come with me? My dragon takes us through the worlds my stories take place on-Soreina and Magic-Earth.
Hmm. I know I have more ideas. When I remember them, I'll post them.

1yr Dragon

;D Congrats. Tara did a good job keeping the blog going all year long! The rest of us need to hop to it. The Dragon's now just about a year old. That merits posting something. And blogging. And writing. And making a cute illustration for it (check back later for something).

But Tara, I just found a really cool notebook for you. It's one of those cheap Japanese notebooks I like to carry around but this time.....wait for it.....it has music sheet lines in it instead~! ;D I got you one by the way, so I need to come over and give it to you some time if that's alright with you (and anything else you need me to make and/or bring; you can make me draw pictures or something).

I love the Ghibli Theme park idea by the way. Makes me what to watch the movies again and draw some. :D

Midna costume complete (almost)

I finished the pants a while ago,it just took me forever to get the pic onto the computer.
I know it looks really weird without my head on it.

WHOA! ANNIVERSARY!

I just realized that this blog has been alive for pretty much an entire year! Yahoo! Time to celebrate!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR BLOG!

THE ULTIMATE GHIBLI THEME PARK!!

(Please read my update here)

Okay, so when Ellen and I went to Great America, we started designing a theme park based off of the Ghibli movies. They should completely make a park like that!
Even if no one ever builds the park, I'll at least post all our ideas for it. Maybe some billionaire will find our plans and build the park for us. A fun, if illogical, thought.
Well, here's our theme park notes. They'll make more sense if you've seen the movies.

Ghibli Theme Park
RIDES
Bumper Boars: Like bumper cars, except with boars from Princess Mononoke. The normal boars, boars with battle paint, Akoto, Nago as a demon, Akoto as a demon.
Nausicaa’s Glider: One of the rides where you get in a swing and spin around, except you’re in the gliders from Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind.
Barracuda: One of those huge boats that spins upside down in a circle) The Barracuda ship from Future Boy Conan flipping in circles.
The Cat Kingdom Tower: Like Drop Zone. You ride the tower to the top of the tower from The Cat Returns, and then the tower “collapses” under you and you drop. The flock of crows saves you from hitting the ground. The line for the ride weaves through the Cat King’s maze.

On Your Mark: A roller coaster based off On Your Mark.
Rollercoaster based off train ride in Castle in the Sky.
Rollercoaster based off the car ride in The Castle of Cagliostro
A ride of the flaptors escaping the collapsing Laputa
The Toxic Jungle: Not really a roller coaster, but you drive through scenes from Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. You’re in the Toxic jungle, riding on Lord Yupa’s bird’s. You pass by the giant insects and get chased by the ohmu, and finally escape to the haven under the forest.
Riding the wolves-running from the rampaging forest spirit. Again, not a rollercoaster, but diving through scenes of the movie.
Water ride: Floating down the Kohaku river in boats that look like Chihiro’s pink shoe.
Spirited Away Water Coaster: A rollercoaster that gets you wet. The carts look like Haku, and one looks like the river spirit that Chihiro helped in the bathhouse.
Warrior Howl: Like Space Mountain. Dark ride with bird Howl flying through the war zone.
Hurricane: Like Space Mountain. Various Castle in the Sky vehicles floating through the hurricane surrounding Laputa.
Conan’s airplanes. A rollercoaster where all the carts look like the planes and boats from Future Boy Conan.
Laputa’s Robots: Robot carts all attached to a hub that goes in circles and up and down (like the Dumbo ride in Disney Land).
Spinning airplane ride with all planes from Porco Rosso.
Spinning hats: Sophie’s hats-sit in one and spin around (like teapot ride in Disney Land).
Another spinning ride-riding on Totoro’s tops.
Dust Bunny Spinner: (Like teapot ride in Disney Land) everyone gets in their own dust bunny cart that rotates around the platform and spins in circles.

I wanna dog!

That's cool! I want a dog too. I also want a horse, goat, giraffe, dragon, the list is endless. But a dog is the most logical of those, don't you think?
But mom would never let me get a dog. And dad only likes the big dogs. As a general rule, I love all animals, but I think I prefer dogs on the slightly larger end of the scale. Except for Ewok! A friend of ours has a pomeranian named Ewok, and he's AWESOME! I love that dog!
Well, it's not like I don't already have a cat, rabbit, snake, and fish, huh? I love my animals!
But if you get a dog, tell me!
Oh yeah. When Nicole, Ellen, and Kelly came over for New Years Nicole screamed when she saw the snake. Sorry Nicole!!!

Doggies?

Soooo, I went to a dog show for the first time last weekend with my family. My mom's been thinking about getting a dog for a while now and was hoping to maybe meet a breeder or two for the Bichon Frise (you know, the poofy white circus dog? xD) but apparently they didn't have them showing this year. Over all the show was interesting, we went when a lot of the pretty big dogs were showing, like the Malamute and the Huskie and something similar to a big furry greyhound. It's funny that most of the showing is over by lunch but we got to see the best in show picks. OH, and I saw the Shiba Inu, cute but feisty. But yeah, we might get a Bichon cause it's hypoallergenic for those people in my family how are possibly allergic to dogs.

:D Post? I'm going to the snow for a day or two so maybe I'll have something for you after that.
