This is Coal, a serpent dragon. They're a floating type dragon, which means no wings. This particular species only has forearms. Their horns are more twisty than those of other dragons. And they usually have a mane. Instead of breathing fire, this species breathes poison gas.

That's Volvagia, from Ocarina of Time. Again, I took a bunch of dragons with similar designs and blended them into a new species. I'm just picking out internet dragons that follow the vague outline. Most dragons you can find fit into one of my groups, which is what I'm aiming for.
