Crazy Author Movies

So, we just watched a movie called Nim's Island. It was kinda stupid (illogically so). But it had an author as one of the main characters. She was really freaked out about everything. She never left her house, and she had the delivery guy leave everything on her front porch, and she only ate canned soup, and she drenched herself in hand sanitizer. And she wrote adventure books. I guess you never can tell with authors. But I certainly like to get out and do stuff. Can you really write adventure stories if you never leave your house?
There was another movie about an author that I watched a few years ago. It was interesting. I think it was called "Stranger than Fiction." It was about this writer writing a book about this random guy who was unknowingly following a path that would lead to his death. Except she doesn't know that the guy she's writing about is real, and everything she writes happens to him. And he can also hear her narrative, so when she writes that he's about to die, he freaks out and starts trying to find this author to get her to not kill him.

Yes, yes you can write about stuff even if you haven't left your house...ever.

Robert Frost, never ever ever EVVVVVER left his house in San Francisco and wrote the most colorful poetry about nature with insane imagery.
