So, yesterday at the humane society, there was a white kitten. Did you know that white cats with blue eyes are often deaf? (Also, most orange cats are boys, and all tortoise shell cats are girls). Anyway, this little kitten was deaf. But she was the most adorable thing in existence. And she was really sweet too. Most kittens will pay attention to you mainly if you have a toy to play with. But this little gal would climb on your lap and curl up and purr constantly, even as she slept. And she was a soft as cotton. She was adopted almost immediately after I took her out.
Oh, last year there was another kitten who was really friendly too. Even smaller than this girl. And he climbed up the front of my shirt. Usually when kittens do this, they accidentally get you with their claws. But he didn't. He was very careful. And then he curled up on my shoulder. Awwwwww!!!
So, here's the girl from yesterday. She blended in with the towel so well that I went to take a picture of her. And then she looked up, and it was perfect!!
