So, apparently there's a lot of water in our reservoir this year. So you know what that means? That's right. If you're not using enough water, THEY'RE GOING TO CHARGE YOU MORE. What the hell is with that? Why would they charge you more for preserving water? That's one of the most messed up things I've heard of! Seriously, if there's too much water, send it to the people who are dying from water-borne diseases in other countries. It's not like the government can't afford it. They give subsidies to all the people who don't deserve them. But they can't give water to people who are dying.
Freaking stupid country.
