This is the Storm Dragon (D'Arcy from Dragons of Element). They are the most bird-like of dragons. They're bat shaped with a feathery crest. And she was so easy to draw because storm dragons don't have scales! They have skin! Yes! No Scales! Storm dragons spit lightning and control wind. And they use their wind magic to summon storms, though they have very limited control over those storms.
