Next is a ghazal (Again, you can look up the term, but it does involve repetition).
Watching Eyes
The starry skies blocked from these ocean-blue eyes
Rains cascade down and splash the ocean-blue eyes.
Standing outside to gaze up at the sky,
Feel cool rain slide past ocean blue-eyes
On the streets of the town water gathers and pools
The water that fills these ocean-blue eyes
The cars slide past, their wheels part seas
Roads filled with pools the shade of ocean-blue eyes
Lights glaze and shimmer red, yellow, green
Reflect on the mirror road to these ocean-blue eyes
Splashes on the windshield of the car blurs the world,
Wet paint dripping down the canvas of these ocean-blue eyes
Tiny pearls of water sparkle like diamonds,
Casting dazzling flames to ocean-blue eyes.
Rain pours life, cleanses trees, freshens skies,
Tara, what do you see with these ocean blue eyes?
