Book Stuff

Eddings is the name of an author, David Eddings actually who's a fantasy writer with lots of good books (well, his more recent ones aren't quite as good but hey, he's had 4 good sets of books plus some), and the turnip reference is his. I have an interesting book of his where in the introduction he talks about some general guidelines to fantasy writing, plus there's his small bits of humor.
